Repsity ("we," "our," or "us") provides a centralized real estate platform for brokers, clients, and service providers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website at www.repsity.com and our application at app.repsity.com (together, the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information — your name, email address, company, role, and any details you provide when requesting access or creating an account.
  • Deal and property data — the properties, transactions, contracts, contacts, documents, and workflow information you and your invited collaborators create inside the Services.
  • Usage information — pages viewed, features used, and device information collected through standard server logs and analytics.
  • Communications — messages you send us via email or in-app forms.

Repsity uses one-time password (OTP) login. We do not store account passwords anywhere on the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Services
  • Authenticate you into your account via email OTP
  • Respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account
  • Send relevant product updates (you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How We Share Your Information

Your deal, property, and document data is only visible to:

  • You and the users on your account
  • The collaborators you explicitly invite into a deal workspace (clients, co-brokers, service providers)
  • Our hosting and infrastructure providers, under confidentiality obligations
  • Authorities, if required by law

We may share aggregated, de-identified data publicly — for example, statistics about how the platform is used.

4. Data Security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Supabase for authentication and storage, and follow standard industry practices for access control, logging, and backup. No system is perfectly secure, but we take our role as custodian of your data seriously.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

You own your data. You can export documents, deal history, and property profiles at any time. If you cancel your account, your data remains accessible for 30 days before deletion, during which you can export everything. Contact us at [email protected] to request deletion sooner.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within a reasonable period.

7. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
